Privacy notice
What this website knows about you.
Very little. This page shows you exactly what, in plain words, so you do not have to take our word for it.
The short version
This website has no advertising trackers, no analytics, no cookies, and it does not build a profile of you. It does not ask you to accept anything, because there is nothing to accept.
You can type in one place on this site: the free class booking bar, which also takes a question if you have one. Nothing is sent or saved while you type. When you press send, two things happen at the same time:
- The page opens WhatsApp with your message. You send it from your own account, like any other message.
- The page sends a copy of what you typed to the academy's own admissions system. This way your question is recorded, answered, and not lost.
That copy holds only three things. It holds what you typed and the time you sent it. It also holds how you found the site: the page you arrived on, the site that sent you here, and any campaign tag in that link. It goes to the academy's own school portal, where only the admissions staff can see it. We do not share it with anyone else, and we do not use it for advertising. To stop spam, the portal also keeps a scrambled form of your internet address for a short time. It cannot be turned back into your address.
While you move around the page, the site remembers how you arrived. It keeps this one note in your browser, for this tab only. It is gone when you close the tab. It is not a cookie, and it does not follow you to other sites.
What we get, and when
We get your details only when you choose to send them, and only what you choose to write. Most of the time, that is:
- your name, and the student's name or age, if you tell us
- your WhatsApp number, phone number or email address, so we can reply
- your city or country, and the times that suit you, so we can find a teacher for your time
- anything else you tell us about the student's level or goals
We use it for one thing: to answer you, set up your free class, and teach the student if you join. We do not sell it, rent it, trade it, or give it to anyone for advertising.
When you press send, a copy is saved in the academy's admissions system right away. This happens even if you then decide not to send the WhatsApp message. If you did not mean to contact us, tell us and we will delete it.
The parts we do not control
To be honest about privacy, we should name the parts that are not ours.
Most families reach us on WhatsApp. Every WhatsApp button here opens WhatsApp itself. Your chat then happens inside WhatsApp. Meta runs WhatsApp under its own privacy rules, just as if you had messaged us without visiting this site.
Your email
If you write to us by email, the message goes from your own email program. It travels through your email company and ours in the normal way.
Our web host
A hosting company runs the computer that serves this site. Like every web server, it keeps basic technical records. They show the internet address that asked for a page, the browser used, and the date and time. These records keep the site working and safe. We do not use them to find out who you are or to build a profile of you.
Links that leave the site
Our Instagram and Threads pages are links to other companies. When you follow one, you are on their site, under their rules, not ours.
What the site loads
Every font, picture and piece of map data on this page comes from our own address. There are no outside scripts, no embedded widgets, no social media pixels, and no font services that report back to anyone. While the page loads, it fetches one file: the world map for the globe. That file sits on our own server, next to the page.
Children
Much of our teaching is for children, so we want to say this clearly. A child should not be the one who contacts us. A parent or guardian asks about classes, signs the child up, and gives the student's details. The parent stays involved: progress reports go to the parent, and a parent may sit in on classes.
If you think a child has sent us details without a parent knowing, write to us and we will delete them.
How long we keep things, and how to ask us to delete them
We keep an enquiry only while it is useful. That means while we set up your free class, and for the time a family studies with us. We also keep the normal records a school must keep. If you asked about classes and decided not to join, you can ask us to remove your details, and we will.
At any time, you can ask us to show you what we keep about you, to correct it, or to delete it. One message is enough. You do not need to give a reason.

If this page changes
If we change how any of this works, we will change this page and the date at the top. There is no secret version of this page that is different from the one you are reading.
