This page is about the website only. The terms of a real course, such as the fee, the times and the number of classes, are agreed with you directly. This page does not replace that talk.
Who we are
This website belongs to Zaitun Academy International, an online academy in Kochi, Kerala, India. We teach the Quran, Tajweed, Hifz and Islamic studies in live video classes, in small groups or one to one.

What this site is for
It tells you what we teach and lets you ask for a free class. It is a first hello and an invitation to talk. It is not a booking system, a payment page or a student account. Using it does not sign anyone up for anything.
Where the real terms are
Families most want some things in writing. These are the fee for a course, how many classes a month, which currency, and how to pay. They also include what happens if a class is missed, and how to pause or stop. These depend on the course, the student and the country. We agree them with you when you join.
If you are about to join and you do not have these terms in writing yet, ask us for them before you pay. It is fair to ask a school for this, and we will send them.
The free class
The first class really is free, and you do not have to join after it. It lets a student meet a teacher, so you can decide after seeing a real class. We will not ask for card details to book it.
Using the site the right way
You are welcome to read, share and link to anything here. Please do not try to break into the site, overload it, or copy all of it with a program. Please do not use the booking form to send advertising or anything against the law.
What belongs to whom
The words, design, photos, logo and name on this site belong to Zaitun Academy International. So does our teaching material. Please do not copy them and use them as your own.
The Quran verse on the home page is Surah An-Nur 24:35. The Quran belongs to no one. The translation and the design around it are ours.
Being correct, and what we cannot promise
We keep this site as correct as we can, and the clock and time zone tools on the home page are made with care. Still, they are a guide for planning, not a booking. Your real class time is the one your teacher agrees with you.
We also cannot promise the site will never be down. Like all websites, it will sometimes have repairs or problems. If the site does not open and you need us, WhatsApp and email still work.
Links to other places
Some of our links go to WhatsApp, a map, or our Instagram or Threads page. They take you to another company's service, under its own rules and privacy policy. We are not responsible for what happens there.
Your privacy
How this site treats your details, and what happens to the message you send us, is all in the privacy notice. It is short and takes about two minutes to read.
Changes, and the law that applies
We may update this page as the academy changes. The date at the top always shows which version you are reading.
These terms follow the law of India, and the courts of Kerala decide any disagreement about them. Nothing here takes away any right you have under the consumer law of the country you live in.
If something is wrong
If you are unhappy with a class, a teacher, a bill or anything on this site, please tell us first, and tell us clearly. Most problems are a misunderstanding that one talk can fix. We would much rather have that talk than lose a family without knowing why.
