Enrollment & Free Trial
New students are welcome to a free trial class with no obligation. Enrollment is confirmed once a schedule and course have been agreed with our team.
We reserve the right to assess each student's level to recommend the most suitable course and starting point.
Classes & Scheduling
Classes are delivered live and online. Students are responsible for a stable internet connection and a suitable device.
If you need to reschedule or cancel a class, please give reasonable notice so we can offer the slot to another student.
Fees & Payments
Course fees, schedules and payment cycles are agreed at enrollment. Fees are payable in advance of the relevant period unless otherwise arranged.
Any changes to fees will be communicated in advance.
Conduct
We are committed to a respectful, safe and supportive learning environment. Students and guardians are expected to treat teachers with courtesy, and vice versa.
We reserve the right to pause or end enrollment in cases of repeated misconduct or non-payment.
Intellectual Property
All course materials, content and branding provided by the academy remain our property and are for personal, non-commercial learning use only.
Limitation of Liability
We deliver our classes with care and diligence, but progress depends on regular attendance and practice. We are not liable for outcomes outside our reasonable control.
